2. Can I choose the event photographer I want?
We will arrange the most suitable and experienced Hong Kong event photographers for your event, and we will also provide you with our photo collections for reference. You can make requests for your selected photographers from our HK event photographers team and they serve on a first-come-first-serve basis.
3. Can I request the number of event photographers?
As a professional photography company, we arrange the number of event photographers according to the customer’s event type and venue size. If the customer has special requirements for the event photography, please let us know in advance, we will drive a solution for you and provide a quote about the cost of hiring our HK event photographers.
4. When will additional event photography fees be charged?
We will arrange the number of Hong Kong event photographers and equipment according to the event venue and size. If the customer wants to increase the number of photographers or has special requirements for post-production, we may charge additional event photography fees. 5. What should I do if I want to request a quote for HK event photographers?

6. What should I prepare and pay attention to on the day of the event?
Customers can provide us with the event details, such as floor plan and the number of guests in advance. We can plan the photo shooting rundown and ask the event photographers to prepare relevant equipment. Some large-scale events will have reporters and participants filming the event on stage together. Host of the event needs to pre-reserve a shooting place for the photographers to set up equipment and also get a shooting table for the videographer for long-distance shooting. Before the event, you can brief the event photographers, introduce them the important guests and give out some reminders. We believe that good communication ensures smooth and flawless filming.
