Booking our service in advance allows our professional photographers to have enough time to prepare before the shooting day and conceive a workflow and contingency plans to ensure high-quality works will be delivered.

5. Does your photography service include a post-production charge?
Yes, most of the photos delivered by our professional photographers will go through the post-production process to unify the tone, such as adjusting the color temperature, brightness, saturation, etc. If you have any requirements regarding the post-production process, please notify our team, and some extra costs may be charged.
6. When will the photos be received after the shooting is complete?
We understand that customers want to receive the album as soon as possible after the event, our HK photographer team will get the job done as soon as possible, it usually take us 7-10 business days. We will send you an email or Whatsapp message for the exact delivery day. Once the photo editing is done, we will upload it to our online portal so you can view and download all the images and videos. If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us and we will make arrangements depending on our working schedule.
6. When will the photos be received after the shooting is complete?
We understand that customers want to receive the album as soon as possible after the event, our HK photographer team will get the job done as soon as possible, it usually take us 7-10 business days. We will send you an email or Whatsapp message for the exact delivery day. Once the photo editing is done, we will upload it to our online portal so you can view and download all the images and videos. If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us and we will make arrangements depending on our working schedule.
7.Do I need to bring my own props for photo shooting?
Yes. I am sorry that our HK photographer team may not be able to provide any photo shooting props for photo shooting. If you need any props, you may have to prepare by yourself.
8. Can I reschedule the photo shooting day if my event is being re-scheduled?
Once the booking is confirmed, our HK photographer team will prepare pre-shooting, we will only accept the reschedule request for at least 30 business days before the confirmed booking date. Please note that the new photo shooting date may not be guaranteed and our HK photographer team will send you the new confirmation 7 days after the reschedule request and extra handling fees will be charged. If you cancel the event less than 30 business days before the shooting day, your deposit will not be refunded. For more details, please contact us.

Once you confirm to use our photography service, we will send you confirmation and payment details. Deposit will be charged before the shooting day and the remaining balance will be settled after the shooting on the shooting day.
